    Brandy,

We JUST spoke yesterday and I'm so proud that you are on your 19th day (as of TODAY). You DO have a support system...you DO have people that are celebrating with you and praying for you RIGHT NOW. We all have our things that we are working on. You are SO brave to go public with it. Just know that your tomorrow is better than your today.

You have people behind you that believe you have the strength to go all the way. We are supporting you and praying that you will continue to battle until you win! Stay strong.

  3. Brandy, this video is an inspiration to everybody fighting an addiction of ANY kind...and, we ALL have something. Most people hide their flaws and pretend to have it all together. I am sure that your bravery in opening up and putting yourself out there will touch many lives and give them the strength to fight there own demons. I know it is giving me the guts to fight mine.

I read in an above comment that you are on day 19!!! Congratulations and keep up the good work! Please keep us posted! We are rooting for you!

  4. Amazing. I have never met you but this path you're going on is inspiring. It is truly a blessing any time you're able to witness someone eliminate their fear. Attacking and slaying demons is what this life is all about, and you aren't running from it, you're facing it head on. There aren't very many people who can say that! You're are in the minority. I'm glad I have the opportunity to watch you grow and CONQUER this addiction. YOU CAN DO THIS! And I believe you will!

  5. Brandy,

Wow day 19 that's great. Which means when you're reading this it is most likely day 20 which in turn would mean that you only have one more day and you've reached your goal. So congratulations on achieving your goal because I know you can make it one more day. And remember when your 21 days are done it's only the beginning. I know you can keep going on to day 22 then day 23 then day 24 and on and on and on.

Just always remember no matter what, you can only take one day at a time and at this point you've got that down so you are good to go!!

    Be blessed.

  6. Brandy,

I wanted to send you a quick note about your progress. 19 days is really great; that's almost a month! Please know that you are worth it! It takes a great person to recognize areas of their life that need to change and then act on it. So many people just stay in the same space and complain about why they don't have the life they want. You are way ahead of the game and further along with your life's plan. Keep going and God bless!!

  7. Brandy,
I am so proud of you for being so strong to admit your addiction and the courage to begin your recovery. Like some of the others have told you, this battle is not being fought alone. You now have me as a family member that prays constantly and also is a substance abuse counselor. So the next time you feel a little discouraged, realize you have a brother in Raleigh, NC that cares for you. The devil can't have you because I said so and GOD has my back!!! You are a beautiful flower that just needs a little fertilizer and off you will grow again. I'm praying for you and I claim your recovery right now!!!! Let's GOOOOOOOOOO......on to the next 21 day challenge. Take care of yourself fam.

  10. Brandy!!!!
I must commend you on loving yourself well enough to want to be your very best, for taking this challenge as it is a testament to your willingness to stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone in aim of your goal, for being forthcoming and candid about your experience and addiction- you may very well be helping others gain the courage to do the same! Just know that you have quite a group of folks rooting for you and cheering you on. Many who are here to offer continued support and encouragement! As you move to the next phase in the challenge... know that a lady in Brooklyn got ya in prayer and thought! Ashe!

  11. Brandy- PLEASE keep up the good work! You have already come so far. You came the farthest by being brave enough to do the challenge in the first place and sharing such a personal struggle with everyone. You CAN do this. Do all you can to stay focused on your dreams and goals and know you have a support system pulling for you and praying for you. You are NOT alone! All my best to you for a very successful and substance free life!

  12. Hey guys!

Thank you so much for the support! You have no idea how good it makes me feel. I understand more then ever what the word challenge really means! In the last 21days I've been laughed at, checked myself into detox (which was crazy just ask Mike). I've even run into my old dealer and when he asked me where I'd been I told him I quit & he gave me a high five lmbo. Guys I never felt more empowered then in that moment. I was cheesing all the way home! To me that one moment made everything else I'd been through these last 21days all worth it. Thank you again Mike and everybody for the prayers god bless!
