  1. OK everyone!!!! Day 1 was a little harder than I thought. I emptied out the fridge of unnecessary foods and will go grocery shopping tomorrow and replace the sweets and etc. with fruits and healthy stuff. I worked out tonight and realized I was in worse shape than I thought. I pulled through doing some cardio, light weight lifting concentrating on the arms and chest. You can follow my routine and weight loss on www.thisissomebull.com....LOL I'm just playin'!!!! DAY ONE DONE, HOLLA ATCHA TOMORROW!!!

  2. Day 2 and 3 were inside because of the snow and ice in the area. So I broke out the shake weight and did some push-ups. The shake weight really works and orange is my favorite flavor of push-ups. LOL PRAY FUH ME, DON'T JUDGE ME, LOL!!!! Super excited about day 4 because........IT'S MY B-DAY THE BIG 40!!!!!

  3. OK fam, I have been away for a few days and I'm baaaaaacccckkkkk!!!!! Week one was full of revelations and thoughts on how to continue this process past 21 days. Had a conversation with Flazz and he enlightened me on some things. I took into consideration some of those things and fortified my strategy and feel like a new man!!! Thanks flazz and as for my challenge, steady as she goes.....on the 12th my 40th birthday I fell out the bleachers and cheated with food. But it was my B-day so I don't feel bad. Still working out and still shaking that doggone shake weight!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

  4. OK fam, went and got my yearly physical and found out I REALLY need to lose some weight. The doc told me to bring it down few lbs. My other levels were fine.....blood pressure, cholesterol and etc. Then the prostate exam. I think a woman thought this was a good idea to make men feel the way they do during their yearly exams (pap smears). I've never had someone, much less another dude tell me to "BEND OVER AND SPREAD 'EM" After I stood back up I wanted to punch him in the face, LOL!!!!! The good news is my prostate is fine....the bad news is I have to see this joker next year. In all seriousness, to all the fellas out there......PLEASE GET YOUR PROSTATE EXAM REGULARLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AROUND 40 YEARS OF AGE. Now I will return to watching Lifetime movies....something about that exam has me feeling vulnerable....LMBO....
    PRAY FUH ME!!!
