Born in bred in New York...this power house of a woman is READY to take on this 21 DAY CHALLENGE by storm. Like many strong women her story started 3 Children ago and now with her children old enough, she now can EKE some time out for HERSELF!
day 1 started out pretty slow but eventually i got out of the house and walked 4 miles. Felt good too. Starbucks tried to temp me and the bus whispered sweet nothings in my ear but i kept on walking with pep in my step. My goal is not to give up and to make this healty start a healthy way of life! good luck everyone
Day 7...oh what a day!! i did it though. i got up and got out and worked my butt off. thank goodness im no longer sore which makes working out even better
Well as far as working out. It's always good to switch it up every now and then. I'm not sure if you're working out at a gym, home, etc. What you CAN do...is think of another routine (if you want I can call you and we can figure it all out by phone). Another thing...what if you did something similar to Tamika. I THINK what she's doing is...certain nights of the week she's going out dancing. That will help to burn off some calories. What you will have to be careful of is what you're consuming...ie. Beer, chips, etc. You can also buy DVD, go to ZUMBA classes, etc. Let me know if you want to talk to figure it all out.

thanks Mike for the advice. i am working out at home for now so i have Zumba and the Rebounder. i love the Rebounder! its the trampoline workout. i put on some music and just jump. sometimes with weights sometimes with the kids. lol. i watch what i eat now so beer, chips candy etc have been cut out of my diet.
