HELLLLOOOO!!! My 21 day challenge, is to fall back in love with working out. It used to be something that I looked forward to every day..rain or shine! Unfortunately, I allowed that love to slowly trickle away, with days gone by..and not to mention, become 25lbs heavier...BOOOOOO ME!!!! I've always lived by the phrase.."GO HARD or GO HOME"..With that being said, I am going to start off with doing 5 miles every day for 21 days! This is a sure way to get back focused on my overall health and become an even more fabulous me!!! I'm actually 2 days in already, just didn't have the time to blog...I will try to do an update daily, if possible! Thank you Mike for your encouragement and awesomeness..YOU ROCK!!!!! 19 days and counting...whoo hoo! :-)
I am happy to say that I now have DAY 3, under my belt! Yippee :-) My body is definitely feeling the instant change in activity, which can only mean great things are to come! Come sunday, I will be involved in a tv project, that will require me to have 14hr days, 6 days/wk...this is going to be a true challenge to continue incorporating my 5miles daily, but I am up for that challenge! Good luck to everyone involved, stay focused and lets rock this thing out!!!
