  1. Hello again everyone and shutup Mike! I'm sure you all know he is speaking of himself about bad breath and crooked toes.

Anyway, my first official day is going great. I packed my lunch as usual and instead of Trader Joe's oatmeal for breakfast I had a nice blueberry, mango, banana, spinach and flaxseed smoothie. I'll be having smoothies from breakfast for the 21 days instead of whole wheat toast or bagel or my usual above mentioned oatmeal. I snacked on an apple and dried apple during work and had a nice salad for my lunch. Dinner will be my cooked meal of the day and I'm still deciding what that will be! So far so good folks...until manana!

  2. Hey everybody- Day 2 was a wee bit of a challenge for me. I'm still pressing through though and already seeing and feeling a change within myself. I had unofficially started before posting my video, so I can tell a difference already. I'm going to be doing a bit of research to share with you why today was a bit of a challenge, so stay tuned for that! Until tomorrow..

  3. Hello there,

As day 4 comes to a close, I'm growing more used to eating this way. There are still moments I think of having a Luna Bar or some oatmeal, but now I'm so much more centered even on drinking more water which is all I need most of the time when I'm feeling the urge for a packaged snack. When I feel like that I've been grabbing a piece of fruit instead with water and then it's smooth sailing and satisfaction from that point! On to day 5!

  4. Happy Tuesday folks,

I'm well into it now and have my stride going! My body has adjusted to not having its familiar snacks periodically and is loving all it's getting. I'm continuing to get it in!

  7. I'm still out there doing it everyone. Don't take my lack of posting as a setback..lol! I've just had a lot going on lately. But, I'm still moving forward and it continues to go great. I still have some moments when I want to grab something processed-but it's usually emotionally related. I'm standing strong and pressing through!

  8. Hey folks,

Well I can't believe my 21 days is about to come to an end. I do believe I will take these habits beyond this challenge. Not to say I won't have any processed food again, but continually in moderation and probably even less than before. I got two more days to go..and will definitely be back here with the wrap-up!

  9. Well folks, it's a wrap for me and it's been real! I'm so glad I took the cahllenge and I look forward to maintaining the habits beyond the 21 days. Not to say that I will not have a treat once in a while but my main focus will be to keep it up! Thanks Mike for challenging me!
