Hey kidets and kiddos !! I know...you thought I was a dead beat 21 dayer, didnja? Well I have a good reason for not blogging. You know that old adage that goes "When you FAIL to plan, You PLAN to fail" well that sums it up in a nutshell. I mean I have tried to eat better, but it's the tracking of the food, the lunch packing, the snack preparation, that causes me to fall short.
One good thing is my husband has decided to do another diet of his own, so he went out and bought a lot of healthy multi-colored foods. :^D I have to laugh here because when I typed multi-colored I immediately thought of things like cheese puffs and Nowl Laters (Now and Laters for you proper folks). Tune in tomorrow because later tonight I'm doing zumba and we'll see how that goes. Ciao!!
Well I don't know what happened to the comment I posted on Wednesday, but here I go again.
Today was kinda hard because I'm trying this low carb diet and so I've had no potato chips for a long time..like 3 days. LOL!! Anyway, I plan to do a video to express how terrible the withdrawal is. So I doubt that I have lost weight so my next plan is to start exercising. Stay Tuned....
Today I walked 3 miles -- Woo Hoo!! But I also had a slice of pizza --Boo Hoo !! (Well it was mostly veggie so I don't feel all that bad)
I have really become more aware of how mindless snacking creates extra unwanted pounds. This year is the first time I can honestly say I've just let myself grow..I mean go *wink. But I will continue on my quest to eat better and throw in more exercise and muscle building endeavors to help my metabolism rev up. Who knows, I might even start training for next years Las Vegas Marathon. Now how bout that?
